As a member, you earn points from simple actions—shopping, completing your profile, subscribing to our newsletter, or leaving a review—which can be redeemed for exclusive rewards.
There are two membership tiers: Newbie and VIP, each offering different benefits as your journey with us grows.

How long does it take for my earn BEst Friends Points to be reflected in my account?
Any BE Points earned from qualifying purchases and reviews will be reflected in your account within one (1) working day. Profile-completion points will be updated automatically.
How do I redeem the points?
Your BE Points can be exchanged for various discount vouchers.
How do I upgrade from Newbie to VIP?
Unlocked VIP tier with a minimum accumulated spending of Rp3,000,000.
How long are rewards vouchers valid for?
All Rewards vouchers are valid for sixty (60) days from the date of online redemption.
Will my membership expire?
Your membership is valid for a lifetime. However, your membership tier may change or expire based on your activity and points balance.
Will my BEst Friends Point Rewards expire?
Yes. Each BEst Friends Point is valid for 12 months from the transaction date when the point is earned.
For example, points earned on 15 March 2025 will be valid until 14 March 2026.
Points earned on different dates will have different expiration dates, based on when each transaction occurs.
Upgrading your membership tier (from Newbie to VIP) does not extend or change the validity period of existing points.
We recommend redeeming your points before they expire to make the most of your rewards.
