By becoming a member of BEst Friends Community, customers can earn shopping points which can be redeemed for additional discounts. Customers can join the BEst Friends Community by registering and making purchases on this website.

BEst Friends Community can get free vouchers or products for free. In addition, members can get special discounts on birthdays, announcement dan special price for new launched products, latest promos and exclusive invitations to attend Botanical essentials events.

There are 3 types of membership in BE VIP Member:

1. Customers will automatically become Silver members after registering on our website. Silver member period is permanently valid.
2. Customers can change their membership status to Gold members by spending a minimum of IDR 2,000,000 (accumulation applies) within one year.
3. Customers can change their membership to Platinum members by spending a minimum of IDR 10,000,000 (accumulation applies) within one year.

BEst Friends points are valid for one year after they are earned. Suppose the customer got points in August 2020. the points are valid until August 2021. Points not used until the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged.

BEst Friends Community is only valid for purchases on the official Botanical Essentials website and our official offline stores.

BEst Friends points can be collected by making purchases on our website, creating social media posts, and doing reviews on our website.
